This Privacy Policy explains how WISEXPD LLP ("wiseXPD", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit wisexpd.com (the "Site") or contact us about our services. We are the "data controller" of your personal data for the purposes of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you join our waitlist, complete our fit-call questionnaire, book a call, or otherwise contact us, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, brand or company name, website, revenue range, the marketing tools you currently use, and any other details you choose to share.
Information we collect automatically. When you use the Site we may collect usage and device data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interaction data, gathered through cookies and similar technologies (see section 3).
2. How we use your information
We use your personal data to:
- respond to your enquiry and arrange and conduct fit calls;
- provide, operate, and improve our services and the Site;
- send you marketing communications you have asked for, or that are relevant to your business where permitted by law;
- analyse how the Site is used so we can make it better; and
- comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
Our lawful bases (UK GDPR Article 6) are: your consent (e.g. marketing emails, non-essential cookies); the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering a contract (e.g. responding to your enquiry); our legitimate interests in running and growing our business (balanced against your rights); and compliance with a legal obligation.
3. Cookies and tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for it to function, and-with your consent where required-analytics and marketing technologies. These include tools operated by third parties such as Klaviyo (email and on-site tracking) and our advertising and analytics partners (such as Meta and Google). You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.
4. Marketing
If you opt in to our emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message or by emailing us. We will stop sending marketing communications promptly on request.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- trusted service providers who process data on our behalf (for example email and marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, hosting and infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare, scheduling and analytics tools), all bound to protect your data;
- professional advisers, or where required to comply with law, regulation, or legal process; and
- a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside the UK/EEA (for example in the United States). Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Data retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. 10. Children
The Site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
11. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
